My parents took me to one of the classier bars in SF for my 21st birthday, the Redwood Room, where I had always wanted to go because of the cool bar but I doubted I would ever be able to afford for its $15 drinks. Anyways, they finally bring me, and we walk in, and the room is full of yuppies that just got off work and were probably doing lines of coke between their cosmos and mojitos. It was like Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps. And the music was playing too loud for my 65-year old father. So we had to move to a separate lounge and have our delicious manhattans, whiskeys, and martinis there. Ugh. #fresafamilyproblems
